-current infrastructure cannot sustain volume - water supply/station ,etc

- increased road traffic cannot be managed with increased risk associated such as accidents
- does not meet the objective of running along the A46 zone
-does not meet the objective of a well designed and connected Warwickshire-expansion of road and rail links would further damage the greenbelt
-recent development application refused due to road safety
