Development will cause increased risk of flooding from building over farmland in what is already a flood risk area that floods multiple times a year.
Out of town location requires every household built to travel in multiple cars per household on the Evesham Rd to access work, schools, supermarkets etc. The road is not safe for that level of traffic and significant traffic issues will arise all the way along into town as well as increase traffic through Shottery.
Loss of privacy and light pollution for houses on Luddington Rd and Evesham Rd.
Impact on natural habitat.
