The plan is contrary to the concept of 20 minute neighbourhoods, the train station and bus routes are too far away as are other local services such as shops, GP surgeries etc meaning that residents will be reliant on cars exacerbating existing traffic problems in the area. Additional school places discussed are not in the north leamington area further increasing reliance on cars and adding additional traffic.
