With regards to Clopton Quarter parcel of SG18. We believe the green belt land is very important for the benefit of all in the local community and especially with the nearby Welcombe Hills, which is highly used by the local community and visible to all of Stratford. The surrounding hills provide a vital habitat for much wildlife including protected bats, hedgehogs and barn owls as well as deer. I myself have observed flooding in the fields of this parcel so feel the site is not suited to development which may further threaten my own property with flooding.
