This location should not be considered because it is designated Green Belt land which provides an essential buffer zone between Kenilworth and Leek Wootton.

The local roads could not cope with the extra traffic which would result. The traffic and resulting pollution implications for Leek Wootton would be intolerable.

Warwick hospital is already over-burdened. Local schools, health centres and dental practices are already oversubscribed.
