Infrastructure - proposal dependant on rail and road infrastructure that is woefully inadequate and difficult to improve.
Environmental -laziness using a large greenfield area as it is easier to develop areas of virgin land with no consideration for environment and wildlife
Farming - destruction of good quality dairy permanent pasture. How are we going to feed all these extra people if we keep removing our farmland?
Community -dumping of people from Coventry with inadequate discussion of schools, community centres or hospitals. Poor transport solutions do not bode well for community cohesion.
Developers and landowners only would benefit from this site..
