Inappropriate development in green belt. Lack of local infrastructure such as GPs, safe roads, adequate train services. Damage to natural habitats. Risks coalescence of settlements with both Hatton Park and Warwick over time as, if developed, might encourage future infill. Local countryside provides important resource benefitting locals and visitors in allowing enjoyment of natural environment for walking, cycling and horse riding, activities proven to support good mental health.
