Close to existing and quick rail infrastructure into Stratford and Leamington, making public transport a viable and desirable option for the new residents. I am very concerned about the climate crisis and I believe that options where there is not a railway within a 15 min walk cannot be considered suitable if the council is to meet their net zero commitments.
