1. Nearly half of SG17 site is in a flood zone
2. Access from Shipston is only via two single lane bridges - and these sites deprive the villages east of Shipston of access to the town centre, as a result local business will lose vital trade from the villages
3. Public transport is rubbish in Shipston: no station, bad buses and the roads are already bedlam especially the one-way system
4. My business has already had to re-locate from Shipston because of lack of opportunities caused by over-housing
