Lack of suitable infrastructure. Removal of ecology and green space. Wellbeing and health impact on local communities. Increased competition on local resources (school, doctors, dentists). Building right along railway line is a healthband safety issue. Plenty of houses already available in the area. Bishops bowl is full of new build of poor quality that no one wants to live in.
