Sites a1 and A1 are placed in locations which would have a disproportionately negative impact to local communities of Tanworth, wood end, ullenhall as the already busy road traffic systems would not be able to cope with the level of traffic created by such a level of additional housing, there have been no indicative plans to implement improvements to link roads and other networks to allow for such level of development. This would be of similar negative impact to local schools, facilities and services as again no plan has been outlined for such increases in domiciles
