I do not agree with this plan - the traffic is already terrible around this area towards North Leamington school. Its dangerous for school children due to the traffic. The plans will create even more traffic & more pollution in the area.

This site is also a place where many people walk directly from town, no need to get in car to drive to the countryside. If this is built on residents will have to drive to get access to the country side.
