There is no consideration for the lack of local infrastructure to support the development. It will destroy thousands of acres of valuable farmland which will directly impact our food security as a nation. The building is on green belt land with no consideration for the wild belt. The infrastructure in Warwick can barely support the residences at the moment - let alone any more. The area would become gridlocked and impassable.
