I object to the proposal as the site is Green Belt, doesn't qualify as grey belt and there are other more suitable non-Green belt options. The bioversity loss from developing this area will be very high and it will be very hard to compensate which risks a huge biodiversity loss from the district. The landscape assessment of the area has been underestimated and both the rail and road infrastructure will not support a settlement of this size.
