The proposals will impact the local community more than the analysis shows. Inevitably there will be a large increase in non locality travel to surroundings, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon etc., which existing infrastructure cannot cope with. Wildlife and greenbelt will be massively affected. Flooding will increase. Locals will lose many amenities and quality of living will be adversely affected.
