The road system locally will not cope with the increased traffic generally. As the main employment area and shops,, hospital, dentist etc are either in Warwick/Leamington Spa or the other side the roads will not cope in Warwick. The railway station at Hatton can’t be upgrade due to many restrictions of timetables and buildings around it, thus why HS2 is being built. Removal of valuable farm land to help feed the country will be lost which will also mean the loss of wild life habitat and the valuable lost of green belt area to dividing city’s and villages.
