SG10 does not fit with the Local Neighbourhood Plan. Previously, Warwick District Council and Bishops Tachbrook Parish Council have refused planning permission on this land (W/14/1049), due to it's significance in maintaining the gap between Bishops Tachbrook and Whitnash, providing "... an important gateway into the village due to the relationship of the topography, listed buildings, conservation area and the natural environment of fields, hills, trees and St. Chad’s Church on higher ground as was recognised as important by the Inspector at the Public Inquiry in 2006."
