This proposal is inappropriate considering the size of the 2 existing neighbouring communities. The facilities and infrastructure in Rowington is minimal. The Doctors' surgery and Primary School in Kingswood are already at capacity and not in premises which are easily scalable. Although there is a Railway Station services are infrequent particularly during outside peak hours. Community sports facilities are limited to 2 cricket clubs.
