The area is green belt. This proposed development will destroy the village and will not enhance or reflect the local character of the village.
The proposed development will destroy the rich natural habitat for numerous species including Heron, hares, deer, butterflies
The development will mean that the area will be houses etc from the centre of Birmingham to Henley in Arden. The roads especially the M42 is constantly at a standstill and the smaller roads reflect the increase car usage since the house around Blythe Valley were built.
This development would destroy ancient wood land and pasture,.
