*productive farm land lost forever
*Unsuitable roads, old narrow bridges, heavy traffic, narrow roads
*no facilities - no shopping (only tourists),no buses everything requires car travel to Warwick/leamington
*disruption to residents- large development which residents are already fed up with the disruptions form current development
*no local need for this level of houses - parish council estimates were significantly lower
*negative impact on visitor numbers to the area because they come to visit the country side
*Overflowing sewers
