Given the lack of infrastructure to cope with existing developments in Stratford, and the issues currently faced in terms of traffic, it seems impossible to imagine any further development around this area without significant investment to resolve the issues already faced due to previously uncontrolled development premitted due to the lack of local plan allowed to happen under the previous (Conservative) administration. There is little by way of employment available locally.
