This is green belt land protecting boundaries between Kenilworth and Leek Wooton. Loss of productive farmland and green space/footpath into countryside heavily utilised by walkers and runners. Significant impact on the setting of a grade 1 listed building and an ancient monument, Kenilworth castle. The site is visible from the castle itself and will disrupt carefully preserved and protected landscape. Increased car dependence due to lack of '20 minute neighbourhood' with no amenities within walking distance of site. Over reliance on cars will result in further congestion and pollution along Warwick road. No public transport in walking distance to site.
