I support the preservation of the Stratford to Honeybourne track bed since reinstatement of the railway would provide a low carbon route into Stratford from the South West in general and the new housing development at Long Marston in particular
I am not sure that road improvements and protection of land for them is wise because increased traffic capacity gives rise to increased road travel with associated carbon pollution. Such improvements to roads are therefore in conflict with carbon reduction policies.
