SG17 is a grouping of sites which would double the size of Shipston. The infrastructure is insufficient as it is eg insufficient 3 phase electricity gir any public eV chargers, sewage and water leaks from overloaded system even polluting the river Stour.
The East of the river is within 3Km of the CNL so is not development. Furthermore it floods regularly. The roads and bridges necessary are unaffordable & would be within a sensitive area.
The landscape will also be harmed by a ring of development as we are in zero bowl.
