Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

1) Housing targets can be met by non-green belt sites so exceptional circumstances are not present.
2) No provision in the current NPPF for 'sustainability' to determine whether green belt land can be used over non-green belt land. This undermines both the Spatial Growth Strategy and the SWLP Green Belt Review and should be rectified.
3) SG06 preserves the historic characters of Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry and fulfils all five Green Belt purposes.
4) High quality agricultural land.
5) A special area of green belt with a higher proportion of footpaths, contributing to the ‘healthy, safe and inclusive’ SWLP principle.
