Its inclusion would have an adverse effect on Wellesbourne as a village. It would make Wellesbourne feel like a town. Wellesbourne has grown rapidly over the last few years. There are already stresses on the utilities (particularly water supply), school and healthcare facilities in the village. This proposal would have a materially adverse effect on the village without any corresponding benefit.
