Inappropriate development of green belt land:

Large amount of brownfield site land available for development in Kenilworth with upkeep costs whilst being derelict (old kenilworth school, old sixth form site as stand alone development without including greenbelt land).

Destroys beautiful countryside already impacted by HS2.

Exacerbate existing sewage smell on Rounds Hill.

Insufficient road and overdrawn utilities access to proposed site.

Development would uproot hundreds year old oak tree with a root network extending under already existing housing on the sites border, causing damage to existing property.

Protected wildlife on proposed site of bats, skylarks, owls and newts in ponds.
