Unnecessary as there are other much more suitable sites. This site is nowhere near any employment and although near a very small train station, it would be difficult to see how the current inadequate train service on this line would cope. considerable additional infrastructure would be required. Above all, the nature of these historic villages would be destroyed forever, and this does not align with using brownfield land.
