Using the land in this area for development is madness all of this land is and has always been farm land. The proposal shown is joining up multiple rural villages creating one giant town. With this it’s generally always considered that villages should stay separate rather than joined. In no way does this make any sense why don’t you look more at filing in areas within Warwick and leamington and using brown field sites rather than this. Also how do you plan to improve infrastructure? How on earth this development works with the new BNG requirements I do not know.
