Significant traffic, commutes challenging. Many better areas not in greenbelt more suitable. Not enough resources (school, hospitals) to cope with the increase in people, straining existing resources that are already under stress. By building in this area it will decrease the areas popularity due to it no longer being a countryside area and changing the demographic. As a young person i love this area because it is rural and exactly the kind of area i would like to live in when i'm older. The creation of more houses, mae it somewhere i would no longer like to live in.
