Absolutely suitable for development. Brownfield land and cannot be used for much else. It is imperative though that the Honeybourne to Stratford line be reinstated to provide transport links through to Oxford and Birmingham for employment, and that Secondary and Primary education, nursery care, doctors surgeries etc should be included, as the roads are entirely inadequate to take additional traffic to Stratford or Alcester.
