The Hockley Heath village already experiences issues with road infrastructure, insufficient school places and currently has no healthcare facilities.

The road infrastructure in and around Hockley Heath cannot cope with the existing circa 700 houses (too many cars and congested exits on to the A3400). Healthcare facilities in the village are non-existent and cannot cope in the neighbouring villages - getting a Dr or Dentist appointment locally is very difficult.

The Solihull Local Plan found that the area around Hockley Heath was only suitable for small scale development, why does WDC think differently?
