I do not agree and object to the development. There will be a detrimental impact to the environment as this area is Green Belt land containing ancient woodland and hedgerows. The land has been identified as already causing a flooding risk to properties. The road network A46/M40/A4177 cannot cope with the existing traffic levels and weather conditions despite recent improvement projects. Significant increase of traffic through Leamington and Warwick will worsen the current congestion and adversely affect business and livelihoods. The development in my opinion is contrary to the ambition of the south warwickshire plan for enhancing the local area.
