The existing Stratford-upon-Avon Core Strategy made provision for significant infrastructure improvements including a new "South Western Relief Road" and crossing over the Avon - this has not yet happened and I believe will not happen, yet the houses are being built? I believe that without significant infrastructure investment including reinstating the Stratford to Honeybourne railway line, that this proposed growth area would completely cripple the local area due to the already poor road and rail network. The proximity to the new proposed settlement at Bearley/Wilmcote would also make the situation significantly worse.
