The scale of the development (circ 8000 new homes) is completely excessive and incongruous to the number of houses in the current village (circa 700 homes).

The proposed development would also create a split the village with half attending Warwickshire based schools (the other half being solihull based), this could cause resentment and bad feeling between school aged children.

The development would cause severe over demand on the existing healthcare facilties and road infrastructure. The existing exits onto the A3400 are very congested and if the M40 is closed, it is impossible to get on to it.
