Land is totally unsuitable. No infrastructure to support this number of houses, cost of provision is prohibitive, road access via A46 and A3400 is already congested. It would be impossible to expand these roads (which don’t align with greener policies or reducing car use). Traffic through Wilmcote’s narrow roads would snarl-up, it’s already a rat run to avoid the A3400. Building over green belt agricultural land leads to pollution, further food insecurity (we import over 60% already) and blights open countryside, limiting leisure facilities and nature. This would increase settlement size by 800%, completely unnecessary and detrimental.
