SG10 comprises prime farmland, continuously food-producing since 1086 (beans and peas that year). We need that food.

Other sites are more suitable. Especially those ALREADY AGREED elsewhere in S Warwickshire, but not yet fully developed.

SG10 includes 3 historic buildings, the 1650s Bishop of Lichfield's Tithe Barn, a 'New' Farm from early C19th and associated buildings. Their curtilege must be protected by law.

The area is already overdeveloped (4,200 houses since 2015) creating already unacceptable cumulative traffic pressure.

Thriving, documented, wildlife - buzzards, red kites, deer, badgers, newts, - which feed on those fields. They don't deserve to die.
