The local infrastructure, notably Hatton station, local roads and Warwick Hospital and not capable of supporting the thousands of extra people and cars this plan would bring.

The Green Belt should be protected to prevent urban sprawl connecting Hatton all the way to Warwick and Leamington.

The environment should be protected, with open spaces and countryside valued by the local community,

Other sites are better suited to this volume of development with better transport and communication options.
