The roads in the surrounding within and around cannot take extra cars, if roadworks occur or the motorway closes it's already gridlocked between Hatton and Warwick. Other infostructure; electricity, gas, water and sewage etc. cannot support the proposed development plans. The development would jeopardise valuable biodiversity, irreplaceable 1,415 acres of Green Belt farmland for food production, as well as put endangered species as further risk. No more trains can be added to lines that travel through Hatton station, it's also a very small station and any work to enlarge it would disrupt a conservation area next to it.
