To summarise, including this area as part of a development location would be a significant loss and disadvantage to the residents living on this side of stratford. I believe it will be detrimental to the wellbeing of many people to not have a green space within walking distance, as this part of stratford is already largely isolated from many things our beautiful town has to offer (without a vehicle). Developing on this land will also create further problems for traffic for residents and tourists visiting our town as it would make the main road into town from the south-east impassable.
