This area is within view of Kenilworth Castle, a grade 1 listed building, and will impact the cultural heritage of our historic town negatively. Green belt land should not be built on. If the plan ran for the minimum of 15 years there would be no need to build here as housing targets could be met without touching the green belt. No sustainability survey of this area has been undertaken, building here will promote car use. There is no additional infrastructure planned for this site and it will put intolerable pressure on the roads and services of Kenilworth.
