Area fragmented by landowners not wanting to sell or have their land developed.
Misleading and inaccurate area on the interactive map leading to unreliable consultation results.
Green belt area sufficiently far away from areas offering work / that residents want to visit, which would lead to traffic congestion rather than rail travel. Current rail provision does not offer fast enough travel to Leamington / Birmingham / London.
