I strongly object to the inclusion of the BW site in the SWLP due to its unsuitability for development. The plan contains critical errors, including misrepresenting transport infrastructure by referencing a non-existent rail link and overstating Bearley Station’s capacity. The A3400 is already severely congested, and further development would worsen traffic and safety risks. Flood risks have been understated, and the proximity to Stratford-upon-Avon has been misclassified. The proposal also contradicts Green Belt policies, ignoring available non-Green Belt alternatives. Additionally, inadequate SSSI protections threaten biodiversity. Proceeding with this flawed proposal would be unsound and open to legal challenge.
