The scale of the development in this area is disproportionately large when compared with the existing town. The scale of development could not be supported by the facilities in the town, infrastructure would need to be massively upgraded, the road network (being a single road through the town of Henley-in-Arden) is not fit for purpose for such a large increase in traffic that would come with such a large development.
