No. I wholeheartedly disagree with this SGL. Unsustainable, building on green belt land. A vibrant community town will be ruined by the decimation of animal habitats and farm land for some cardboard homes that no one can afford to buy, with no additional thoughts given to wider infrastructure like schools, doctors. We wont be a town, we'll be a suburb with a white elephant train running through it. Shame.
