SG04 is an unsustainable site which fulfils the purpose of Green Belt and building on it would see the urban sprawl of Kenilworth moving to join with Leek Wootton.

The Sustainability Appraisal scores are incorrect as SG04 should be rated red for both Cultural Heritage and Landscape.

The 1960s estate stopped where it does so as to not be visually intrusive from Kenilworth Castle, whereas almost the entirety of plot 140 is visible from the castle and would therefore significantly impact on the setting of a Grade I listed building.

Plots 140 and 177 should have 'red' Landscape scores.
