Assessment Criteria for possible development of SG04 is flawed

Historic buildings and town heritage negatively impacted

Increased housing adding further stress to the existing estate and roads, that are already over-burdened

SG04 zone South of Kenilworth is the most important area of greenbelt remaining around Kenilworth.

Displacement of wildlife from HS2 and the large volume of building around Thickthorn, Glasshouse Lane, Burton Green
places more emphasis on maintaining an unmolested area of greenbelt and preserving an area of rural landscape for townsfolk, visitors and for our wildlife, flora and fauna
