There is also a lack of clarity on how infrastructure will support this growth, potentially leading to overburdened healthcare, transport, and utilities. Additionally, community consultation appears insufficient, raising concerns about whether local interests are being considered. Without addressing these issues, the plan risks unsustainable and poorly coordinated development.
