The plan lacks clear implementation details for sustainable transport, raising concerns about feasibility. EV adoption challenges, such as cost and infrastructure gaps, are not properly addressed. Additionally, increased road travel and freight movement could worsen congestion and environmental impact. The ‘Smart Cities’ concept is poorly defined, making its benefits unclear. Without clearer strategies and proper community consultation, the plan risks being impractical and failing to meet residents' transport needs.
