Road traffic will be problematic - the A3400 South into Stratford gets very clogged up at busy times. Henley in Arden already suffers from major jams due to A3400 traffic, which is far too heavy for this historic town.
Train transport for commuters is very limited - Wilmcote and Bearley both have tiny stations without parking, and trains are slow and infrequent. Buses are even fewer. Excess road traffic will be forced to go through other small local villages.
The area is prone to flooding and roads being closed/unpassable.
Beautiful woodland and animal habitats will be lost forever
